Jessica Bath, DPT, PT, PhD

Assistant Professor, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science

I am a physical therapist and an assistant professor in UCSF's Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science. I completed my PhD in Dr. Wang's lab studying the postural control of people with Parkinson's, particularly during gait initiation and turning tasks. I continue to assist the lab with ongoing projects, as well as teach in the department, practice at UCSF's Bayfront PT clinic, and have begun to investigate combined neuromodulation and rehabilitation strategies for this population. I enjoy trail running, coffee in all forms, and escaping to the mountains as much as I can.
