I received by B.S. in Biopsychology from University of California, Santa Barbara and was involved in undergraduate research with the Attention Lab under Barry Giesbrecht, PhD. In the Attention Lab, we investigated the neural processes behind human attention through the use of EEG and fMRI. After graduating, I became a part of two labs at California State University Fresno: the Miller Lab with Chris Miller, PhD, and Cognitive Neuropsychology Lab with Ellen Woo, PhD, where I supported projects on Major Depressive Disorder, mild cognitive impairment, and Alzheimer’s Disease.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, trying out new food places, and hanging out with my cat, Nyomi.
